Matcha, a finely ground green tea powder from ancient Japanese culture, is crafted from shade-grown leaves rich in L-Theanine and chlorophyll. Only the youngest leaves are handpicked, steamed to preserve their vibrant colour, air-dried, de-veined, and stone-ground to create the signature bright green powder packed with nutrients.
Our matcha is certified organic, meeting rigorous EU, USDA and JAS standards, with each batch tested for pesticides, heavy metals, and radiation for uncompromising purity. Classified as ceremonial grade, our matcha is the highest quality. Made from the first harvest, it contains only the youngest, freshest leaves, cultivated in the shade. With no additives, sweeteners, or oils—just 100% pure organic matcha.
Step 01: Add bamboo scoops of Lucky matcha powder (1 teaspoon) to bowl
Step 02: Add about 50-60ml of warm water (max. 80°C)
Step 03: Whisk matcha and water in a zigzag motion until frothy and no clumps are left for about 10-20 seconds
Step 04: Pour matcha into your favorite cup
Step 05: Add about 150ml of your milk of choice for a matcha latte (or a little more water for a ceremonial)
Step 06: Enjoy!
